Delivery Team Leader (DTL) Quanta part of QCS Staffing, is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992. Quanta provide specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and Data IT industry sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions with 85% of our business based overseas. We employ over 110 staff at out headquarters based in Berkhamsted, in addition to this we have office locations in the United States of America, Republic of Ireland and the Netherlands. The role of the Delivery Team Leader The role of the Delivery Team Leader involves the management responsibility on a daily basis of a team of Delivery Executives in the Life Sciences, Renewables or Data & IT division. To liaise with the Delivery Manager and/or Group Delivery Manager to ensure they are working on the right roles for the business at any given time; ensure search strings are set; to set weekly / monthly objectives; complete monthly performance reviews and offer support / advice with their individual career progression. With regards to the development of an on-going business relationship with the contingent staff it is important that an understanding is developed of the individual and their personal background in order that an atmosphere of integrity and goodwill may be created.
