A fast-growing UK challenger bank is seeking a Director of Recoveries to lead its approach to managing higher-risk and non-performing exposures within its Real Estate Finance portfolio. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on case management with strategic oversight — including the development of governance frameworks, recovery strategies, and senior stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the recovery process for defaulted cases
- Develop frameworks for distressed asset governance
- Manage high-risk exposures directly
