Following the successful launch of our new Chambers Recruitment offering, we are expanding, and we are seeking applications from proactive and ambitious individuals to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain full exposure to both candidate attraction and client relationship management from the outset, working closely with a supportive and experienced team as you build your understanding of the legal recruitment market.
Your Role:
As a Recruitment Executive at Briefed, you will be at the heart of the recruitment process - supporting our consultants, engaging with top-tier legal individuals, and helping build lasting relationships with chambers and law firms.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- General:
- Writing compelling job adverts
- Conducting market mapping and intelligence gathering
- Handling candidate enquiries via phone and email
- Supporting internal and external events, including networking opportunities
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, our database (Bullhorn), and referrals
- Registering new candidates and maintaining accurate records
- Screening and shortlisting applicants from job adverts
- Conducting update calls and drafting meeting notes
- Prospecting new clients and chasing leads
- Assisting with interview feedback and coordination
- Attending client meetings and agency briefings
- Supporting pitch meetings alongside consultants
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Bullhorn
- Managing communication and workflow tools including Outlook and SharePoint
