Supply Chain and Commercial Analyst (Food sector)
Salary – £30,000 to £33,000 dependant on experience
Working hours – full time – 8.15 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 08:15 to 14:30 Friday on a rota basis
Location – Unit 13, Broadgate House, 18 Westlode St, Spalding PE11 2AF

Based in Spalding, Lincs, we are a small and busy office who supply Frozen Vegetable Products to the UK market, predominantly from our manufacturing site in Spain and other trusted service providers. We supply product into all sectors of the UK market including Retail, Foodservice and B2B. This role offers variation in tasks covering all aspects of order fulfilment and analysis of Customer performance
Freeworld Foods are recruiting for a Supply Chain and Commercial Analyst, someone who is able to analyse the detail and support both the supply chain team and commercial team, ensuring connectivity and alignment with great data, at all times.
This role will provide an excellent service to our customers from order receipt through to final delivery. Integrating Customer Information into our processes to optimise supply and identify any changes to demand.

Reporting into the Supply Chain Team Leader, you will :
As a Supply Chain & Commercial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the highest levels of service to all of our customers, ensuring timely management and communication of the entire process from order receipt through to delivery. Working collaboratively with our Spanish colleagues and supply base to service all of our customer orders on time and in full. You will look after a selection of accounts and really be able to make a difference to our Customer experience.
· Order processing through SAP
· Monitoring stock availability
· Delivery Creation
· Booking of transport for UK deliveries
· Stock transfers
· Batching of orders
· Customer reporting and stock level management
· Monitoring customer forecasts and check they are aligned with our system forecast and highlight and differences to the Supply Chain Manager
· Optimising deliveries to our customers by consolidating orders
· Working closely with the Supply Chain Teams within our Customers to understand the ordering process and working with the teams to optimise the Supply Chain
· Maintaining Customer Database
· Assisting Commercial colleagues with preparation of Customer documents/data
· Completion of Customer Contract Balances
· Working as part of a team and assisting colleagues with tasks as required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Customer service/coordination experience in a similar environment
· Use of CRM systems to manage workflows (SAP desirable)
· Qualifications at level 3 or above or equivalent level of experience
· Excellent IT skills
· Accurate data inputting and ability to interpret figures
