ESG REC are working with a top provider of certification, assurance, cybersecurity, inspection, and training services. They are seeking a Nuclear Client Manager who will be responsible for overseeing overall operational delivery, including scope allocation, resource coordination with delivery teams, regular reporting (such as Board minutes and actions), KPI tracking, budget and cost control, service quality, and effective communication with both the client and the ITPIA supply chain. Additional duties may be assigned as required during the course of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational delivery: scope, resources, reporting, KPIs, budget, and supplier coordination
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure quality of service and compliance with internal and industry standards
  • Support planning, budgeting, and dispute resolution
  • Mentor team members and drive service improvements
  • Represent the company in client meetings, presenting deliverables and offering solutions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Chartered/Professional Engineer preferred)
  • Strong background in quality management, inspection, or engineering supply chains
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experienced in strategic planning and operational delivery
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus
