On behalf of our client we seek to recruit experienced pensions professionals at various levels of seniority to join this well-established independent professional services business. Our client has a committed strategy to double the size of their pensions and trustee services business over the coming months.

The successful candidates will provide pensions expertise across one or more of trustee secretarial services, service provider performance, governance, pensions management, strategic change, technical and pensions related projects, depending on background.

The business promotes a strong collaborative team culture and the opportunity to work with high calibre individuals, both within the team and across the wider trustee business. All highly focussed on the success of the business, provision of excellence for their clients and the ongoing development of future service proposition.

A successful track record of working with a broad range of occupational pensions schemes that highlights your technical pensions and current pensions legislative expertise. A high degree of professionalism and sound commercial acumen.

Ability to manage and prioritise projects and deliverable to achieve deadlines. For more senior appointments, previous management and mentoring experience, along with a proven track record of business development.

Ideally, you will be degree educated, coupled with a professional pensions’ qualification such as APMI, Part/Qualified Actuary or equivalent qualifications.
