Modus Careers is partnering with a creative studio with a reputation for crafting world-class retail experiences. Their client base includes some of the biggest names in luxury, and their work spans everything from immersive windows and experiential pop-ups to high-impact retail activations.
They’re now on the lookout for a Senior 3D Designer to join their collaborative team. You’ll be an integral part of the creative process – bringing projects to life with bold ideas, hands-on design, and exceptional attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for steering creative responses across a variety of retail and brand-led projects. This is a highly collaborative role that blends hands-on 3D design with client liaison and team mentorship. You’ll work across multiple briefs at once, often liaising with suppliers and attending installations to ensure the execution matches the vision.
- Leading creative development and delivering well-executed, thoughtful concepts
- Producing high-quality 3D visuals and renders using Cinema 4D (Redshift experience is a bonus)
- Responding to briefs with ideas that excite clients and uphold brand standards
- Overseeing project workflow from pitch to production, ensuring alignment on budget and timelines
- Participating in supplier meetings, installations, and quality control checks
At least 5 years’ experience designing for 3D environments in a creative agency or in-house studio
Proven experience within the luxury or premium retail space – beauty, fashion, skincare, or lifestyle brands preferred
Strong design eye, knowledge of materials, and a practical understanding of production
Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and helping others grow within the team
Work on projects for high-end brands in beauty, lifestyle, and fashion
