BRAND NEW ROLE - Senior Financial Planner
Salary: £90k - £120K (DOE) plus bonuses
Location: Brighton (lots of flexible working)
My client is an independent wealth planning firm with offices in Brighton (Sussex). They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners with £750k+ of invested assets. The advisers are all Chartered or close to completion and consult on pensions, investments, tax planning, Trusts, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections, and some esoteric schemes.
They have very longstanding relations with their clients who offer plenty of recommendations and referrals to them as well as a network of professional stakeholders who introduce business to them. The advisers are not targeted as they have such a strong belief in ensuring clients receive the best service rather than stacking up AUM; their profound belief in this organically generates new business opportunities.
The Managing Director is seeking to recruit an experienced Financial Planner who will manage a portion of their existing book of clients. Their clients have a minimum of £750k invested, with many having multiple millions invested. A background working with HNW clients, with complex financial affairs, is crucial for this role, along with a stable career history (not moving roles too regularly). You will have dedicated admin and paraplanning support.
