Graduate Pensions Analyst, hybrid working

We are looking for an innovative, analytical thinker to join our Gas Operations team. As a Junior Operations Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources, identifying anomalies as appropriate. Working alongside internal stakeholders, and a number of third-parties you will support the resolution of customers’ queries, always ensuring customer data is up-to-date and accurately reflects our billing systems. Ideally you will already have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to learn our internal database systems and processes. In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
