We are looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team, covering Gloucester and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to become part of a well-established company that values its engineers and offers a competitive salary, travel pay, and a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial gas systems and appliances
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Work in accordance with current health, safety, and gas regulations
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, including certification and job documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in an on-call rota, where applicable
Requirements:
- Valid and in-date commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, ICPN1, TPCP1, CIGA1, CDGA1, etc.)
- Previous experience in a commercial gas engineering role
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of gas regulations and safe working practices
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
