2nd Line Support Service Engineer is required to work in a small Service Desk Engineering team based on-site near Wool in Dorset. The role is 4 days on site and 1 day remote working. You will be supporting up to 750 users that are located remotely and onsite.
The role is paying up to £37,000 per annum plus benefits.
2nd Line Support Engineers with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate at a face-to-face interview that they have supported users across the full Microsoft Suite including 365, Intune, AD, Azure (an understanding is only required) and an understanding of bespoke software applications.
Our client is looking for an all-rounder. Someone with strong deskside support as well as being able to troubleshoot network servers and storage. Laptop hardware knowledge is also a plus (HP).
This is a customer-facing role so it is imperative that you possess strong communication skills.
Additional information: The Engineer must be able to fit in with the team dynamic (ages range from young to 50s). It would be helpful if candidates have worked at similar organisations such as BAE Systems, Thales etc.
