A global Architecture practice with a reputation for delivering interesting, complex projects through construction and are leaders in the use of BIM/Revit and technology in construction, are growing their London office.
We have partnered as the exclusive recruitment partner for this world-renowned, global Architecture practice as they look to grow their London office from 12 to 25 staff in the next 18 months.
The Company
Our Client are a multi-office international practice with nearly 200 staff across Architecture, Engineering, Project Management and Interiors. They are advocates for the use of Technology in construction and have built a reputation of being leaders in the use of Revit and BIM, as well as being able to complete complex projects through construction. They also have an award-winning design team.
The company have several large-scale projects in London including a 450 unit new build hotel in central London which is at stage 4 and they will see through to completion, in addition to a 700 unit residential scheme in London (which they designed) which is at stage 3 and they will see through to completion.
The Opportunity
Revit Project Architect opportunity - The practice have an office in London with 12 staff and due to continued success, they have a plan to grow this studio to 20-25 staff across the next 18 months.

The Role
The Revit Project Architect will take work on one (or more) of the studio's most significant projects, including a 500 unit new build residential project consisting of 2 towers currently at stage 3. The Revit project architect will be working closely with the Project Director and Partner of the London studio. This will be a hands-on Project Architect role and they are looking for someone with ambition and who is keen to progress, as there will be plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility and be promoted quickly.
The Requirements
- Qualified architect (ARB) or international equivalent
- Experience working on UK-based projects with knowledge of UK building regulations
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in professional practice
- Revit experience/knowledge is essential
- Experience across RIBA stages 3-5
- Preferably, experience across mid-large scale residential projects
The Package
- Salary £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus (circa £5,000)
