We are currently recruiting for multiple positions in the children\’s services sector for a client known for their innovative and agile approach. Your new role Our client is seeking Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and a Team Manager for a 9-month period to help shape practice within a welcoming team committed to doing the right thing for children and young people. This is part of their transformation programme aimed at implementing a needs-led and conversational model. Receive and take referrals directly from members of the public, partners, and agencies. Utilise professional curiosity to understand the needs, risks, vulnerabilities, and protective factors experienced by children and young people. Work within a MASH/Screening Team, understanding thresholds, analysing information from various sources, undertaking risk assessments, and completing safety plans. Ensure children receive the appropriate level of service/help at the right time. What you\’ll need to succeed Experience and expertise in taking and responding to referrals to children\’s services. Ability to work at pace and analyse information from multiple sources to inform plans. Must have Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification. Must be registered with Social Work England. Must have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying experience within a permanent position.
