Role:
In this dynamic role, you’ll immerse yourself in the heart of Formula 1’s operations , offering strategic legal support to a wide range of initiatives . You’ll play a critical role in managing F1’s corporate structure and governance , overseeing UK group companies, and collaborating with corporate service providers across key jurisdictions to optimise and streamline our global presence.
Your expertise will be essential in driving corporate projects , navigating regulatory approval processes, and supporting joint ventures and revenue-sharing arrangements. Collaboration is key, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, from sustainability to logistics, offering legal guidance on innovative initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible in motorsport.

Candidate Profile:
