KeyRoles&Responsibilities Overseeandassistwiththepreparationofadetailedprojectplanforeachrestructure Overseeandassistwiththecompletionofaprojectincluding,butnotlimitedto,instructingsolicitors,completionofrelevantHMRCfilings,andregularclearcommunicationwiththeprojectstakeholders Preparestepsplanandcomprehensivetaxanalysisforprojects,clearlydocumentingthedifferenttaximplicationsofthestepsinvolvedwithreferencetotheappropriatelegislationandcaselaw,includingthefilingsanddeadlinesrequiredbyHMRCand/orothergovernmentbodies. ReviewtheprojectsbeingcompletedbytheTaxAdvisersandJuniorTaxAdvisers,toensureallnecessarystepsarefollowedtomaintainintegritywithHMRCandotherassociatedgovernmentbodies,whilstensuringthebestoutcomesaredeliveredfortheclient.ThisincludesbutisnotlimitedtoreviewingHMRCclearanceapplications,reviewingstepsplanandcompletingcomprehensivetaxanalysis. Contributetoastrongclientrelationshipthroughpositiveinteractionswithclientpersonnel.Provideaccurateandcomprehensivetaxadvicetoclients. Delivercompanyproductsandserviceson-time(DOT)andwithinbudget(DIB)asperinternalandstatutorydeadlines. Handlesensitiveinformationinaconfidentialmanner. Offeradviceandsuggestionsforimprovementstobemade. Support,coachandmentorTaxAdviserswithintheteamtodeveloptheirtechnicalknowledge. InconjunctionwiththeTeamManager,conduct1-1andbi-annualappraisalsforTaxAdviserteam. Supportjuniorstaffwithinternalandexternalqueries. Ensurecompliancewithlegal,taxandaccountingstandardsandcurrentcaselaw,throughmaintainingCPDandothertrainingasrequired.
