We are looking for a Caterer to subcontract our Food and Beverage operation. We are looking for an operator(s)with experience in high volume catering, alongside relevant character to work with us in a collaborative and forward thinking way. A great opportunity to achieve Bar income in excess of £300,000 per annum and Food income in excess of £160,000 per annum.Why we do what we do…

What we do…
- We offer a first-class golf course, in which we develop every aspect on an annual basis considering performance, playability, ecology and sustainability.
- We have around 700 Members.
- We have a Clubhouse with several unique spaces for our Members, Guests and Visitors to enjoy, from aprs golf snacks and full banquet offerings to smaller private dining/meeting room options.
- We have a 9 bay driving range facility that helps supports Members, Guests and Visitors in their search for optimum performance alongside a world class coaching professional, to support everyone along their way. The driving range has circa 800 visitors per month.

- We are looking for a talented F&B partner to provide F&B provision at Cosby Golf Club. We are looking for a friend, a partner and a contributor to help each other reach its goals.
Who do we need…
- We dont need to say that were looking for someone who is a great chef or has experience in running a fast-moving F&B operation, that is a given. We are however looking for someone who is a great communicator, a great collaborator and someone who strives everyday to be better than the day before.
- We would like someone to assume control over the F&B provision and collaborate with the Club to provide the very best, well cooked, locally sourced products on a consistent basis.
