Boyden have been retained to assist in the appointment of a FP&A Manager for a leading manufacturer of composites for various industrial uses in the medical, defence, and automotive sectors.

The Role

The organisation's growth aspirations have created an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A leader to join the finance team and enhance the existing finance capabilities. The current finance team excels in delivering operational accounting and controls. However, our client is seeking additional expertise to provide enhanced financial leadership, FP&A activities, and strategic insights. This is a full-time position based on-site in Eynsham.

We're searching for candidates who have :

• Manufacturing background, preferably from an environment with a high labour content.

• Expertise in managing budgeting and forecasting processes, financial modelling and performance management.

• Experience supporting the establishment of S&OP processes and of optimising use of ERP systems would be beneficial.

• The ability to thrive and make effective decisions in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

• Ability and skills to present information to diverse audiences.

• Highly analytical and data skills.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to challenge, persuade and influence.

• CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification.
