RSR Justice, a specialist recruitment provider to the criminal justice sector, is recruiting Approved Premises Workers on behalf of the Probation Service in Oxford. In this hands-on and rewarding role, you'll support residents in an Approved Premises setting - helping manage risk, promote rehabilitation, and ensure a safe environment.
Pay: £14.99 PAYE / £19.74 Umbrella (enhanced night & weekend rates)
Type: Temporary (3 months, likely to extend)
Shifts: 37 hours/week on a rolling rota (including nights & weekends)
Location: Oxford

What you'll do:
- Supervise and support residents, ensuring safety and rule compliance
- Carry out building checks, monitor CCTV, and maintain secure curfews
- Respond calmly to incidents and challenging behaviour
- Conduct room searches, support medication routines, and assist with inductions
- Be a key contact point during night shifts and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records and incident reports
