A distinguished law firm, highly regarded and recognised in the Legal 500, is currently seeking a proficient Legal Secretary to join their growing Private Client team based in their Wokingham Office.
Responsibilities & Duties:
– Provide administrative and secretarial assistance.
– Ensure lawyers can dedicate time to legal matters while maintaining excellent client service.
– Offer opportunities to undertake supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
– Transcribe digital dictations for comprehensive typing services.
– Manage file opening and invoicing procedures.
– Handle correspondence via phone, mail, fax, and email.
– Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
– Manage schedules and arrange appointments.
– Draft and prepare necessary documents.
– Promptly address client queries and concerns.
– Assist in conducting research.
– Support Fee Earners with caseload and take on supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
– Perform filing duties and general clerical tasks.
