The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
It is essential that you have experience of private family offices or households; they are not able to consider candidates with only corporate experience. Our client is looking for a very experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to work with the Principal as a right hand person. You will need to have a service focus, be able to work well with the other PAs within the family and be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure and be adaptable. Some experience of running projects will also be beneficial and preferred.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Attending meetings with the Principal
- Making comprehensive notes/minutes - taking into account any actions agreed etc.
- Holding a debrief with the Principal
- Creating and devising action plans and ensuring that these are communicated clearly to the Principal and that the actions are carried out.
- Undertaking research
- Networking
In essence, the Principal will be the 'front' person and the EA will be the driver and manager behind the projects and as such accountable. The Principal is a sociable person and you will also need to mirror this. You need to be a car driver and have your own car. Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm (a degree of flexibility is required).
