Overview

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short- and long-term contracts. Masterclasses are a part of the REC and Crown Commercial Service, offering the most valued and trusted service. Responsibilities

Creating and implementing lesson plans
Managing the classroom in accordance to policies and procedures of the school
Marking work and providing constructive feedback to students
Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment

Requirements

Have great knowledge of the British Curriculum (Essential)
Experience working with Primary school children (Essential)
Have a DBS on the Update Service – or be willing to obtain one
Commitment to safeguarding students (Essential)
Drive and have access to a vehicle (Desirable)
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion to empower young people (Essential)
