Bramah Recruitment are looking for a skilled and motivated Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing property team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential property law and a commitment to delivering outstanding legal services. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
- Provide clear and practical legal advice on all aspects of residential property law.
- Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transfer deeds.
- Conduct detailed due diligence and property searches to identify potential issues.
