Senior Staff Nurse – Oncology
Location: London, Private Care at Guy\’s (Part of London Bridge Hospital)
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our specialist cancer nursing team at Private Care at Guy\’s, part of London Bridge Hospital. This state-of-the-art cancer centre has been rated Outstanding by the CQC and is one of the UK\’s most advanced private oncology facilities, offering a full range of services including theatres, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and dedicated oncology and surgical wards.
As a centre of excellence, we are proud to be at the cutting edge of clinical innovation. Our team delivers pioneering treatments such as robotic surgery, JACIE-accredited stem cell transplants for blood cancers and Multiple Sclerosis, and revolutionary bispecific antibody therapies-available exclusively in the private sector through our hospital.
In this role, you\’ll play a vital part in providing holistic, high-quality care to patients across all stages of cancer treatment. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients receiving chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapies, and other Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT).
Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing personalised care plans, safely administering treatments, and managing complex symptoms with a focus on pain control, nutrition, and emotional support. You\’ll also be a key advocate for your patients, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
