Social Housing Maintenance & Repairs

We are currently looking to recruit for a Groundworker with experience working on social housing properties.

Job Description

  • Operating various ground works machines such as lawn mowers and ground maintenance equipment.
  • Managing and operating pickup/dumper trucks required for various hauling activities.
  • Undertaking regular maintenance on the equipment and tools.
  • Maintaining parking lots and undertaking minor repairs on the surface as and when required.
  • Installation of site/external signs and barriers to control traffic when performing repair work.
  • Monitor ground/surface area and identify repair work required.
