Per conto di un prestigioso studio legale internazionale, stiamo cercando un Advisor con esperienza in fiscalità italiana da inserire nel team Italian Tax presso la sede di Londra. La posizione risponde direttamente a un partner di riferimento nel settore Private Client e coinvolge attività ad alto valore aggiunto in ambito pianificazione fiscale, trust e successioni con focus su questioni di diritto tributario italiano a rilevanza internazionale.
Attività principali:
- Assistenza a clienti privati di alto profilo (HNWIs) su tematiche di pianificazione fiscale e successoria.
- Supporto su operazioni cross-border, con particolare attenzione alla normativa fiscale italiana.
- Redazione e revisione di documenti complessi.
- Partecipazione a iniziative di business development (seminari, pitch, incontri con clienti).
- Coordinamento con professionisti interni e consulenti esterni.
Requisiti:
- Abilitazione in Italia come avvocato o dottore commercialista.
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in materia di diritto tributario italiano, maturata presso studi di primo livello.
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese, scritto e parlato.
- Esperienza con clientela privata italiana o internazionale.
- Attitudine proattiva, orientamento al lavoro in team, flessibilità e forte senso di responsabilità .
Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:
- Qualifica STEP (o disponibilità a conseguirla).
- Esperienza in contesti internazionali e/o in materia di fiscalità patrimoniale per clienti privati.
