Talent Finance are currently working with a global organisation to assist in recruiting a Finance Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This Finance Analyst role offers the opportunity to work truly globally, reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the business in making data driven decision making, really impacting how the business collates, interprets and presents data globally.
Key responsibilities for this Finance Analyst role include:
- Consolidating weekly sales forecasting from various geographical locations
- Analysing monthly results and working closely with non-finance stakeholders to feedback improvements
- Developing financial models to support budgeting and forecasting process
- Analysis of global KPIs to drive efficiencies and create value
- Further development of Financial models to support planning, budgeting and forecasting
What is our client looking for from potential applicants:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, C.A) or a strong finalist!
- Excellent skills in interpreting financial information and to be confident in liaising with senior stakeholders both financial and non-financial
- Ability to manipulate complex data with a view to confidently make recommendations to the business
- Working knowledge of Power BI with strong excel skills
On offer for this role is a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with a 10% bonus and exceptional benefits as expected from a global employer of choice. This role is being offered on a predominantly remote basis, however, you must live within commuting distance of our clients offices on the outskirts of Reading.
