Our client, a dynamic, international law firm based in the centre of Leeds, is seeking a proactive PA to provide support to 4 busy Partners. They are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable PA who is looking to further their career within the legal sector.
As the PA to 4 busy Partners and teams, you will play a pivotal role in managing their daily activities. Project support and Relationship Management support will provide the opportunity to expand on the traditional PA tasks.
PA Responsibilities:
- Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls and correspondence.
- Document Management: Handle confidential documents and assist in preparing reports, presentations and other materials as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
- Task and Deadline Management: Assist partners in managing their tasks, projects and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Office Support: Provide general office support, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- BD, Marketing and Relationship Manager Support: Attend BD meetings, assist RM and BD actions and actively participate in planning client events.
Proven 2 years + experience as a Personal Assistant – a legal background is not a prerequisite but a similar industry would be a benefit. Adaptability to shifting priorities and changing business needs. Enthusiastic, flexible and approachable demeanour.
