UHNW, fully-staffed private household in West London requires an experienced House Manager.
Duties to include:
- Manage a large team of household staff, including recruitment and HR
- Manage all household maintenance, refurbishments and contractors – both proactive and reactive
- Develop, manage and authorise budgets, tenders and proposals
- Responsibility for all household systems including air conditioning, heating, security, AV, and all tech.
- First point of contact for Principals
- Hands-on approach for daily household operations.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have extensive House Manager experience running an UHNW, full-staffed household.
- Must be a hard worker and a strong team player – you will be required to roll up your sleeves when required.
- Excellent communication skills are essential - with household staff, principals, guests and contractors/suppliers.
- Preferably from an engineering background, and/or a strong understanding of how household systems work.
- Have a good understanding of F&B and service.
Working five days per week, including every other weekend.
