The role of the Technical Sales Manager Exterior Lighting Control Systems will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a manufactured range of exterior lighting control management systems that allows end users to control & monitor street lighting and traffic sign assets.
  • Selling into local authorities, street lighting consultants and street lighting contractors predominantly but also some large retailers e.g. Tesco.
  • Mix of developing existing customers and new business development.
  • Attend ILP/ HEMSA and other relevant meetings/exhibitions.
  • Assist with business planning and strategy.

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager Exterior Lighting Control Systems with:

  • Outdoor lighting/exterior lighting field sales experience.
  • Ideally sold exterior/road lighting to local authorities/end users.
  • Would consider associated electrical products person selling to local authorities, electrical contractors and electrical consultants.
  • Ideally have an electrical qualification.
  • Ideally hold a G39 certificate and CSCS trained for site visits.
  • Ideally in the exterior lighting industry however open in terms of what electrical products you've dealt with.
  • Personable, team player, people person, driven and enthusiastic.
