Steadman Brown are a niche focused Recruitment Company founded in November 2017. We help major companies recruit the finest Salesforce talent globally. Our clients include major businesses such as Formula 1, GHD and eBay.
We're looking to hire 2 new Recruitment Consultants to join the team in Dartford, Kent. We're looking for those with 6+ months sales experience (recruitment experience is not essential). We will mentor and coach you to become a leading recruiter in the space, with opportunities for you to move into leadership roles in the long-term. We are based in Dartford Kent and are looking for someone local / able to be office based.
Salary range: £20-24k dependent on experience. Commission range of 10-25%, plus company wide profit bonuses paid quarterly.
Requirements:- 6+ months experience in a sales and / or recruitment type role
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Comfortable being on the phone for large periods of the day
- A desire to win - you must be competitive! Money motivated!
- Excellent salaries with uncapped growth
