The Role

Join the core technology team as a Junior Rust Developer, building and optimising trading systems for both CeFi and DeFi markets. You’ll contribute to real-time systems, improve performance, and connect to new trading venues. Expect hands-on mentorship, fast feedback loops, and meaningful impact from day one.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid Rust skills — whether personal, academic or open source
• Experience with async code and strong problem-solving ability
• Solid CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, systems)
• Interest in crypto markets or DeFi
