You\βll be bringing expert eye care directly to people who are unable to visit our stores, delivering vital services right to their doorsteps. Key Responsibilities Dive deep into customer needs and ensure every one of them is met with excellence. Gain a solid understanding of visual perception and common vision issues to provide the best advice and care. Dispense prescriptions with expertise, including single vision, multifocal, and high index lenses as required. offering a deep knowledge of lenses and frames. Offer expert advice on frame selection and styling, helping customers find the perfect pair of glasses. Deliver a memorable, professional collection experience, ensuring a perfect fit and clear vision that leaves a lasting impression. Address customer concerns and resolve any visual issues with new glasses. Ensure customers are informed and excited about all the latest products and offers. Communicate clinic schedule updates with office schedulers and ensure smooth coordination. Handle customer payments and paperwork with ease and confidence. Be familiar with NHS practices and procedures, applying them when necessary. Follow routes based on scheduling and manage your time effectively. Maintain composure and professionalism while in customers\β homes. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team goals. The Ideal Candidate Experience in the optical sector is essential, whether as an Optical Assistant/Advisor or Dispensing Assistant.
