The Group has several international subsidiaries, including entities in Japan, USA and throughout Europe.
With exciting growth plans we are looking for an Interim Group Financial Controller.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- As the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in establishing the right reporting and controls framework for the Group.
- You will be hands-on and provide robust financial reporting and assist the operating businesses with all financial matters, providing clear and pragmatic challenge where appropriate.
Requirements of the role
- Qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience.
- Experience of working in an International Group with a good understanding of managing financial reporting across diverse markets.
- Experience of working in production, retail, and multi-site operations.
- You will have experience of using ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive, engaging and motivating with others in a consistent manner.
- Ability to adapt and embrace change.
- The ability to work at a pace, in a structured way.
