Better Placed has partnered with a successful, dynamic and award-winning international manufacturing business in their search for an experienced, talented and strategically-minded Product Manager. Highly innovative and entrepreneurial, this organisation has consistently grown year-over-year always with a key focus on sustainability, and ambitious targets have been set for the years ahead. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, passionate Product Manager with experience in managing new product development projects within a relevant manufacturing segment. Proximity to the head office in Sheffield is key – you must be a commutable distance and within the South Yorkshire area to be considered for this opportunity (typically 4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Key Responsibilities: Managing key projects through the complete product lifecycle, building, diversifying, and phasing out product lines where necessary. Working with key internal stakeholders (sales, R&D, operations, quality & finance) to enable efficient, error-free, new product implementation across the business, therefore maximising profits. Getting out into the market, identifying pain points for your key projects, as well as the value the organisation can bring to the customer.
