Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
- Prepare and submit export documentation including AWBs, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
- Book cargo with airlines and manage communication with agents, carriers, and clients
- Monitor shipments, proactively resolve issues, and keep all parties informed of progress
- Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and company procedures
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
