The Opportunity
Artemis Talent has been retained on an exclusive search for a VP of Product / Head of Product to lead the product function at a fast-growing fintech analytics provider. This is a rare opportunity to shape and execute the product vision for a company that delivers cutting-edge financial analytics solutions to institutional clients. The company is at a pivotal scale-up stage. However, the product function itself needs to be built from the ground up. The incoming VP of Product / Head of Product will define product strategy, create a scalable framework for innovation, and drive the next phase of commercial and technological growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s commercial strategy and client needs.
- Building from Scratch: Establish the product function, including processes, methodologies, and best practices, to scale product development efficiently.
- User-Centric Innovation: Drive customer-driven product development by working closely with institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products.
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Shape how the company brings new features and products to market, ensuring adoption and customer success.
