Private Client Solicitor - Fee Earner

JOB TITLE Private Client Solicitor

My client, a well established forward- thinking Solicitors firm who are easily commutable from Liverpool, Warrington, South Cheshire & North Wales are looking for a Private Client Solicitorto join their expanding team. The role is full time working 37.5 hours per week.Salary range is £40,000 -£50,000 dependent on experience. A bonus scheme is also on offer.

Main responsibilities

• Handling a mixedcaseload of Private Client work. You will need to ensure all client work is progressed expeditiously and that the client is kept regularly updated on progress and costs.
• Undertaking to a high standards of client care in a professional and pleasant manner. Also ensuring confidentiality and security of all the firms and clients documentation and information.
• Achieve agreed individual or department billing and time recording targets in line with the firms business plan.
• Participate in marketing on a firm wide or departmental basis if asked to do so and be active in promoting the services of the firm and its image/ethos.

Required qualifications, skills and experience

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• A minimum of 2 yearsexperience in Private Client law. It would be desirable to have had experienced a varied caseload in a similarenvironment.

Salary and Benefits package

–£40,000 – £50,000 base salary dependent on experience.
