BrewDog Sheffield is looking for a Duty Manager to join the team. In this role, you will assist and support the management team in running shifts and be involved in various back of house duties alongside front of house tasks. A significant part of your job will be supporting, training, and guiding our amazing staff to excel in their roles, making the bar a destination people want to visit.

You will be led by an experienced management team alongside a crew of passionate and confident individuals, made up of team members in the kitchen, on the floor, and behind the bar.

About You

  • You’ll have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a management role in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of craft beer is desirable, but a willingness to learn is essential.
  • You must be customer service focused, ensuring every customer experience is exceptional.
