Anderselite are working closely with a client that is looking for an Associate Architect to join their team for a long-term career driven role. You will be:

  • Looking for a long-term role working as part of a team and/or managing a team and project across all RIBA Stages.
  • Preparing concept, planning drawings, working drawings, building regulations and specifications.
  • Managing client/business relationships and all contractor arrangements.
  • Visiting sites periodically, attending project meetings and observing construction progress when and where required.
  • Supervising and managing team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Part III qualified or equivalent with minimum 5 years UK based professional experience.
  • ARB registered.
  • A personality, to become an integral part of our wider team.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the construction stages and experience in the delivery of projects.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Revit would be highly advantageous.
  • Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45-minute commute of the office.

Their impressive and open-plan studio office is in Chichester, with a large public car park a few minutes' walk away. They have secure bicycle parking with onsite showers and are just 5 minutes' walk from both the bus and train stations. The right personality is as important as your experience – they want you to become part of the office and to bring something new to them. They are a very sociable Practice and regularly get involved in various sports and team events, hold team meals and other events. As a Practice, they pride themselves on their ongoing training and development of staff members of all levels and strongly encourage everyone to get involved in taking part and sharing knowledge and experiences with others in the team.
