Our client is a well-established and reputable garage in Cannock, known for delivering top-quality service and building lasting customer relationships. They are now looking for a skilled and reliable MOT Tester/Mechanic to join their team.
Role Overview:- 50% of your time will be dedicated to carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
- The remaining 50% will involve mechanical work including servicing, diagnostics, brake and suspension repairs, and general maintenance
- Completing accurate records of inspections, repairs, and test results
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
- Supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service
- MOT Tester licence (VTS number) is essential
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Confident diagnosing and repairing a range of mechanical faults
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Full UK driving licence
