The Role:

As a CNC Router Installation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients experience seamless installations and successful integrations of our cutting-edge CNC routers. Your expertise will drive our clients success by delivering precision, productivity, and efficiency in their manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead CNC router installations at customer sites, ensuring timely and error-free setup.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements and tailor installations accordingly.
  • Conduct system testing and calibration to guarantee optimum performance and precision.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during installation and commissioning.
  • Provide hands-on training to customers staff on operating and maintaining CNC routers.
  • Collaborate with our sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations, technical procedures, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installing CNC routers or similar complex machinery.
  • Strong understanding of CNC systems, software, and automation.
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • Working away during the week is essential.
