An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join the Hamilton Housing Team within Housing Services.
As a Housing Officer you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of housing services to our customers. Therefore, you should have similar experience of working within a housing-related environment and have an understanding of current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and dealing with anti-social behaviour.
Excellent IT skills are required as well as the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively and to respond and adapt to changing priorities required in delivering a quality service. You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
