Role Overview:

  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and Sales Executives through clear, effective communication.
  • Customer Analysis: Analyse customer behaviours to support retention strategies with actionable insights.
  • Feedback Interpretation: Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform retention strategies and produce detailed behaviour reports.
  • Retention Strategy Development: Develop and adapt customer-centered retention strategies based on feedback and trends.
  • Sales Collaboration & Negotiation: Collaborate with the Sales team to present tailored retention solutions and negotiate contract renewals.
