This leading investment management company in London is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager with change and business transformation experience. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives within a global organisation and make a direct impact on its long-term business goals. The successful candidate will independently manage small to medium complexity projects throughout their lifecycle, applying structured methodologies and ensuring strong alignment with business priorities.
Please note that our client operates a hybrid working model based around four days per week in the office, with one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Project & Change Delivery
- Lead the delivery of multiple independent projects or workstreams using appropriate project management methodologies.
- Develop and implement governance structures, including project agendas and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Build and execute comprehensive change management plans to support successful delivery.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Collaborate across departments and regions to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders and executives.
- Represent project updates and outcomes at leadership forums, helping manage expectations and align strategies.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and support project teams, maintain morale, and guide decision-making in ambiguous situations.
