About the Role As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be an integral part of our Connected People’s Fostering Team, supporting family and friends carers, including Special Guardians, in their journey to provide safe, nurturing homes for children known to them. You will: Undertake robust and timely assessments of carers, ensuring a high-quality service. Work closely with the courts, demonstrating sound knowledge of court processes, care proceedings, and permanence options for children. Provide ongoing support and guidance to carers, safeguarding children’s wellbeing at every stage.
