We are currently seeking a professional and well-presented individual for the opportunity to become an Electronic Gaming Supervisor at our Westfield Stratford City site. Electronic Gaming Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that customers receive a quality Electronic Gaming experience through leading by example and having a visible presence on the gaming floor. Advocates of the Company vision and values, Electronic Gaming Supervisors are also accountable for the development of the Electronic Gaming team through coaching and supervision of the operational activity and compliance requirements of the department.
Electronic Gaming Supervisors will be:
- A minimum of 1 year Casino experience in a fast paced, high volume.
- Exposure to working in an Electronic Gaming environment would be advantageous.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Positive, interpersonal skills.
- Organised; attention to detail.
- People development focused.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, highly pressurised environment.
Aligned to Gambling Legislation, all applicants must be aged 18 or over to work. This role functions in a business that operates evenings and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements, which will mean evening and weekend obligations outside of normal working hours.
