Our client is seeking a talented and driven Area Head Chef to lead the kitchen team across a small group of modern, fresh-food pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, privately-owned hospitality group.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for kitchen operations across multiple sites.
  • Designing and updating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
  • Leading and training a passionate, skilled kitchen team.
  • Cooking fresh food for between 250-2000 covers per week.
  • Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Keeping up with trends to maintain innovation in dishes and presentation.
  • Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with 2 days off including at least 1 guaranteed weekend day.
  • Own transport is essential due to the multi-site nature of the role.
