Join our passionate and diverse UK & I IT department as an Audit & Risk Officer, where you'll be the go-to person for external audits and internal risk management. What will your day look like:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Audit: Handle audit questions, create and maintain real-time audit packs. Support divisional audit requests from suppliers, third parties, and Group IT Team accreditations. Conduct and track supplier audits. Produce accurate and timely data for audits. Participate in live audit calls/meetings and respond effectively.
- Risk: Gather information for risk assessments from various sources and systems. Regularly review outstanding risks and ensure mitigation or corrective actions. Identify, record, and review emerging risks and necessary actions. Collaborate with QRC on risk management and data protection. Prepare and present risk management reports. Maintain accurate records.
- Both: Maintain accurate records. Understand regulatory requirements.
