We are Vivedia, the UK’s market leader in audio-visual services for ‘once-in-a-lifetime events’ (weddings, funerals, citizenship ceremonies). We have a head office in Sheffield and a satellite office in London, but our customers are spread across the UK.

Responsibilities include:
- Being the first field response to issues with sites in your area.
- Completion of site surveys for replacement and upgrade equipment.
- Being prepared to travel to head office to assist with rack build and prep when required.
- Ensuring the smooth operations of AV events at the venue.
- Scheduling maintenance tasks for AV equipment.
- Working with the internal creative team to ensure content is tested and delivered in the correct event formats.
- Documenting issues and feedback to help future solution development.
- Communicating with venue operations staff and customers about the elements of a service and demonstrating the equipment/product’s functionalities to help future sales.
- Assisting project producers/product managers in the productization of the packages developed within the trial venue.
- Helping understand risks and issues.
Requirements:
- Prior AV experience (Video & Projection as a primary focus are a bonus) with a range of professional experience such as end-to-end projects, new system set up, user training, problem solving etc.
- Experience in basic video editing, presentation creation, and Photoshop skills.
- Ability to travel and be away from home regularly (within the UK).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Meticulous in planning, execution, and quality assurance.
