North East Fife Salary – £46,717 per annum We have a great opportunity within The Richmond Fellowship Scotland for a Team Manager to join our dynamic management team in Glenrothes and North East Fife area. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders, as well as ensuring TRFS is effectively represented within key partnership forums. You will contribute to the strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements, while assisting the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy. Previous experience in management within a care setting and supporting individuals with a wide range of support needs is essential. Your strongest skills need to be in leading a team of Senior Support Workers and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for the staff teams as well as the individuals supported. Essential Criteria SVQ level 4 in Care/Management Due to the nature of the role a driving licence and access to a car is essential. As part of the interview process you will give a presentation to the team, subject matter to be disclosed on confirmation of interview.
